In December we introduced four major capabilities to the platform. A custom workflow builder for automation, removed login barriers for profiles and data rooms, expanded our third-party integration ecosystem, and added support for complex multi-fund hierarchies.

A new builder for Managers to automate repetitive capital formation and IR tasks based on specific allocator behaviours.

  • Triggers: Set automations based on web activity, meetings, and inbound emails.

  • Actions: Auto-generate follow-ups, reminders, and internal tasks.

  • Customization: Build distinct workflows defined by allocator segment or relationship type.


Share Fund Profile & Data Room (No Login Required)

Managers can now generate a single link for profiles and data rooms so allocators can review materials without creating an Orthrus account.

  • Access: One link for performance, materials, updates, and due diligence.

  • Security: Maintains full permissioned sharing and version control.


Third-Party Integrations

Orthrus now connects more deeply into tools teams already use day-to-day.

  • CRMs: HubSpot and Salesforce sync for contacts, companies, notes, and activity.

  • Productivity: Deeper Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 support for email, calendar, and notes.

  • Logic: Granular activity logging and workflow triggers based on external platform events.


Multi-Structure Profiles

Support for complex hierarchies to manage reporting and performance across multiple funds and strategies.

Hierarchy: Full Manager > Fund > Strategy hierarchy support.
